Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Lead market research initiatives to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing strategic marketing decisions.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, utilizing data to refine strategies and maximize return on investment.
  • Collaborate with sales and product development teams to ensure alignment on messaging, promotions, and product launches.

Qualifications

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics platforms.

Experience

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
